Various emails have had unsatisfactory results.Order failed to appear and have had about 3 invoices wanting payment.Explanation in email was answered and stated the item would be reorded and shipped soon. Now JUNE10 and still no results.

Purchased and paid for by Visa two what I thought were beautiful Christmas Trees with a revolving train. I have since received two separate packages of pictures of the train.

Thought the purchase was from the Bradford Exchange so wasnt concerned

Non delivery of items purchased in November.

I want my money returned immediately.

Ordered the rotating X-MAS ornament as advertised for a THOMAS KINKADE

ROTATING TRAIN X-MAS TREE. PAID OVER $60 AS ADVERTISED BY CANTUV.

AFTER 3 WEEKS WAITING THEY SENT ME A GLOSSY PHOTO OF THE SAID TREE. NEEDLESS TO SAY I CANCELLED THE CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION.

Subscription Order

I am only 3 months into a subscription and I have had to call customer service for errors 5 times now. They are double billing me, 3 month in a row now.

They do not honor coupons such as Rakuten Rewards. The Packaging on my $150 orders have no consistency. The first train arrived with no box, just Styrofoam taped together. The second delivery had no Styrofoam packing at all, the train is just lose in a very flimsy box.

The collectable is next to plastic train tracks that can scratch the collectable? I asked for links to the remaining items in my collection and they could only send the names, no photos or web links, they also advised this is not available in the catalog.

Maybe someone that works for Bradford Exchange should try and call where they work at Bradford Exchange and then they would experience how frustrating it is to try and get through to talk to someone, Also I am curious but not for much longer why , when you are supposedly calling Bradford Exchange in London Ontario, Canada the recording says they are closed for the holiday and hang up on me. There is no holiday, WHAT A JOKE!!!

I orders the set of 3 Nightmare before Christmas lanterns about a year and half ago. My credit card was billed recently.

and another lantern sent. When I called the representative was very argumentative and wouldnt listed to anything I was saying. I would be talking, and he would just put me on hold. The second time he put me on hold without telling me, I thought he hung up, but wanted to record my phone showing how long I was on hold.

He argued there was four In the set and I shouldnt have gone off the sample picture (because there is 4 not 3 like the picture). Just read the small print that states the 3 I did buy, but add future ones when they become available. MAKE SURE YOU READ THE SMALL PRINT!!! So there is not 4, like the representative said, there are as many as they decide to make.

He returned to the phone about 10 minutes later, abruptly stated my subscription was cancelled and was about to hang up.

When I asked about returning the one I just received, he said a return label would be sent and the call was over. Horrible customer service.

Parcel mailed back to Bradford Exchange and refund

I would like to get acknowledgement that you have received my parcel I mailed back to you on the 26th of March 2023 and according to Canada Post Tracking it was delivered to Bradford Exchange on the 31st of March 2023

As well I would like a receipt showing a credit to my Visa Account in the amount of $129.93

I spoke to a representative to-day (06 April 2023) and she was of no help at all telling me that it was likely sitting in the factory.

This is the second time this has happened to me which I am quite annoyed about and likely will cancel my account with The Bradford Exchange. Pool customer service
